The Point Julia Cafe Cashier Supervisor takes the lead in training all incoming cashier and service staff, working side by side with them; planning, assigning and directing work, addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Supervisor also monitors and enforces company and departmental safety and health policies and standards; is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and equipment maintenance of their area; and works closely with Restaurant Manager to achieve department goals.

 Qualification:

  • Five (5) years directly related experience in food & beverage service required
  • Three (3) years Supervisory experience required (direct F&B preferred)
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Strong leadership, mentoring and coaching skills are essential
  • Knowledge of POS systems, good math and computer skills are necessary
  • Must be able to read, write and understand English; bilingual ability is a plus.

All positions with The Point Casino and Hotel require flexible scheduling to be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. 

License/Certification:

A background check and hair follicle drug screening Class II gaming license issued from the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission, Class 12 Alcohol Server Permit, and State of Washington Food Handler's Card
