Job Summary:

Provide interactive and pro-active guest service. This individual must excel in a fast-paced, high stress, attention to detail environment with a great deal of multi-tasking and problem solving abilities required.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities:

• Must be able to retain and enthusiastic deliver all information about The Point Casino and Hotel, the NKDC enterprises and the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe to guests, fellow employees, vendors and over the phone.

• This person is responsible for performing several tasks daily and on a regular basis by using the computer and technology available at the Player's Club.

• Player's Club Representatives are responsible for facilitating all drawings, events and specials, as required by the marketing department. This will include speaking clearly and professionally over the microphone, in person or over the phone.

• Several physical task are required on a regular basis, including cutting, folding, lifting, carrying and sorting all manners of materials.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Must be available to work late nights/graveyard, weekend and holiday shifts.

License/Certification:

Must qualify for a Class III Gaming License issued from the Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming Commission. Valid Washington State driver's license. Pass drug screening at time of hire.
